What you'll get
Your process broken into single steps, with who does each one - an AI agent or a person - and why. You'll also see where the work already needs a person and where AI agents have the most room.
How it works
Describe the process in a few sentences and answer a few short questions. We sort every step into one of ten kinds of work, and a published rule decides which ones a person has to do. Where a different reading would change who does a step, we ask you to check it.
What it is, and what it isn't
It's a quick example of how we think about work, made from your own words. It is not a validated assessment of your organization - that takes your own people checking it with us.
Take it with you
You've got the whole map on screen. A PDF with the map of your process and every step in order, an Excel table of the steps, and the workflow diagram download straight to this device. The email is so we can follow up, and it's the only reason we ask for it.
We keep your email and, if you told us, your industry, your role and the laws and policies you work under. Your description and your map are kept only if you tick the box.
How this works
You describe it
A few sentences in your own words. We ask three short questions: whether there are deadlines or time limits, whether any of it is physical, and what happens when a step goes wrong. Those three can't be guessed from a description, so we ask rather than assume. For more detail, tailor your map with your industry, your role and the laws and policies you work under.
The rule decides
Every step is sorted into one of ten kinds of work, and a published rule decides which ones a person has to do. The same rule, applied the same way, for everyone. We show you how we read each step so you can correct it.
You correct it
Where a different reading of a step would change who does it, we ask you to check - a handful at a time, not all of them. Change it and we work out again who does what — your correction really changes the result, it doesn't just relabel the step.
What this is, and what it isn't
This is what our method produces from a five-minute description. It's real output — the same kind we build for customers — and it's enough to show you how we think about work.
It is not a validated assessment of your organization. Nobody from your team has checked that we read each step the way the work really runs, what is really at stake, or which systems each step touches. That's what working with us adds, and it's what turns this from an example into something you can rely on.
